These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the Zioro website, located at www.zioro.com, and all associated websites linked to www.zioro.com by Zioro LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the "Site"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and any purchase made through the Site, forming a legally binding agreement between you and Zioro LLC ("Zioro"). Zioro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions, as well as any policy or guideline on the Site, at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies periodically to stay informed of the terms governing your use of the Site. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

 

Product Availability

Occasionally, you may successfully place a product in your shopping cart and complete an order, only for the order to be cancelled later due to product unavailability. You acknowledge that products may sell out quickly, and there may be a brief period between submitting your order and when the product becomes unavailable. You agree that Zioro reserves the right to cancel your order, even after you have received an Order Confirmation, without incurring any penalties.

In rare cases, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation, but the product is no longer available in our inventory or that of our third-party fulfillment providers. In such situations, you agree that Zioro may rescind its acceptance of the order and cancel it without penalty if we are unable to ship the product due to unavailability.

If you're interested in a piece of jewelry currently on back order, please contact us, and we will provide an estimated restock date. Due to the high volume of orders, there may be instances where an item goes out of stock before we can update the availability on the Site. If this occurs, we will reach out to you directly to discuss alternative options.

Despite our best efforts, data on our Site, including prices, may occasionally be displayed inaccurately due to system or typographical errors. While we strive to prevent such errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and we do not honor incorrect or erroneous prices. If a product is listed at a lower price than its actual price, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for further instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the listed price and the actual price. Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Payment Information

 

Once you have selected your jewelry and provided your shipping details, you will be prompted to enter your payment information, including credit card details and any applicable promotional codes or gift cards. By submitting your payment information and completing your order, you authorize Zioro and our third-party payment processors to charge the total amount of your order to the selected payment method.

 

Comparison Purchasing

In order to maintain competitive pricing, we do not permit comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing involves buying multiple items with the intent of keeping only one and returning the others. This practice creates unnecessary restocking and inventory costs.

Information on Our Site

At Zioro, we strive to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To provide detailed views of our products, some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in the photographs, and variations in color or size may occur due to individual monitor settings.

Our goal is to offer as much information and detail as possible to help you appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of each item. In line with industry standards and FTC regulations, Zioro notes that the total carat weight of gemstones may vary by up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight.

The measurements provided, If any, for our products are based on manufacturing specifications, with slight variations possible due to the finishing process. For machine-made wedding bands, a width tolerance of 0.20mm is allowed, while cast-manufactured rings may have slightly more variation.

Gemstone and pearl measurements may have a tolerance of up to 0.25mm. For diamond jewelry featuring multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are either expressed as a minimum or an average, depending on the number of diamonds. If listed as a minimum, all diamonds meet or exceed the stated quality. If expressed as an average, the overall quality of the diamonds will be equal to or exceed the stated grade.

Advertisements and Promotions

Zioro may display advertisements and promotions from third parties on our Site. Any interactions, transactions, or participation in promotions with these third-party advertisers, including any associated terms, conditions, warranties, or representations, are solely between you and the third party. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE IN WRITING BY ZIORO, THIS SITE, THE CONTENT ON IT, AND THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH IT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "PRODUCTS AND SERVICES") ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively filed in the state and federal courts located in Manhattan, New York. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the jurisdiction of such courts for any suit, action, or proceeding arising from your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.

Modification and Notice

Termination
